Before the attacks, all of Fritch's politics and 'higher ups' spent the majority of their time here - now they are dead and so is this building. It stands empty and unused - again, sans for a few stragglers seeking to hide from the throbs of zombies outside.

This place was once appreciated for its stunning works of art - now it is appreciated for its solid doors, sturdy walls and tight security system - perfect for evading the living dead. If you can make it to the entrance, anyway.
