Fritch Testing Facility

The FTT used to be a government funded series of science laboratories all under one big building - but of course, after the zombie attack it became derelict. The rooms are all full of useful scientific equipment, and in the room furthest north of the building, is a small trap door leading down into the subtly placed Koios HQ.
